Good afternoon! My friend recently returned from Samui. Insured in Alpha-insurance. An insured accident came (tropical infection) :-(
Alpha-insurance works through GVA (Global Voyager Assistance).He called them in 7 morning on the Bangkok number. Socialized with him on English,during one hour they called him and asked to ride in Bandon International Clinic. In 8-30 a clinic begins to work. Arrived, examined, put under a dropper, a chamber was good, everything was fine. Treated 3 days. After an extract he departed in a hotel, left in a clinic in security a passport to confirmation about the guarantee of payment. On a next morning  they called him and said that a guarantee is, a passport can be taken away. Treatment - 1350 bathes franchise + 930 bathes telephone-fax. All other (81500 bathes) was paid by VGA. ;-)
