Hi, I advise you to visit such places...

Tropical garden "Nong Nuch".... Here you'll see the hugest park with  greenhouse with orchids, traditional Thai show, show with elephants, park of palms and cactuses, museum of precious stones and jewellery factory. For 8 hours you need pay near $10-$15... I think it's not too expensive... ;-)

Also I liked Discovery-Tour. There are sea aquarium, hill with monkeys, unusual buddhistic tample of Hades and Heavens, the biggest garden of butterflies on Asia, and also dinner is included... ;-) it costs near $25 for adult, and near $13 for children.

Re: Need your advices....

Hi Alex,

There are loads of options for exploring rainforests and visiting hill tribes in Thailand. For the best hilltribe treks, you'll need to head to Chiang Mai, the starting point for most elephant trekking, hiking and bamboo rafting in Thailand. The price will depend on the length of the trek - most companies will offer 2, 3 or 4 day options, so you'll have plenty of choice and there's always something to suit every budget.

The rainforests and national parks in Thailand are ace. Try Khao Sok if you're heading into Southern Thailand. Here you can stay in a floating lake hut with a huge rubber ring for drifting around the river. It feels really wild. Alternatively, you could head for Khao Yai, the oldest rainforest, where you can visit bat caves at sunset and take some amazing wildlife drive. Khao Yai National Park isn't too far from Bangkok, so it's easily worked into almost every Thailand trip.

Hope that helps! Best wishes and safe travels...
